Not so much...

Well, the first attempt didn't go so well. My bathroom walls look like bad camouflage, and if I was going with a palm tree motif it would be perfect... But that's not quite what I had in mind. I had picked a light mossy green for the base color for the walls and ceiling, and a smoky slate for the walls with some kind of glazing technique in mind (thus the mossy base color), but it didn't turn out like the picture in my mind. Tomorrow I'll paint over my mess with solid smoky slate and leave the mossy ceilings... I'm think that will at least somewhat resemble what I saw in my head when I picked out the colors... If not, I'll wish it did!
